Metta Zen Center Meditation Group meets at Clear Spring Studio South on Monday mornings from 7 - 8am. Gentle format: 30 minutes dharma talk/discussion followed by 30 minutes of silent meditation.

Wednesday, December 5, 2007 Hospice Austin's Surviving the Holidays. David is part of a panel of local experts speaking on various aspects of grief and loss. Lots of time for questions and answers. Free and open to the public. 610 E. 45th St., Hyde Park Christian Church (fairly close to I35).
Saturday, December 8, 2007 5pm Baby Blessing Ceremony and Sangha Potluck.
Sunday, December 9, 2007 8:30 am David appears on Austin Faith Dialogue on Channel 36 KXAN. He will be speaking on grief and the holidays.
